A Delegation From Switzerland Is Going to Ukraine

Neutral, but not indifferent Switzerland sends a delegation of parliamentarians to Kyiv to express their support and discuss what is happening in our country

On April 26, it became known that Switzerland was gathering a group for a diplomatic visit to Ukraine. A delegation of 3 parliamentarians will be led by the chairman of the national council, Iren Kelin. The press service of the Swiss parliament said that the main goal is to express its support for Ukraine, its people, and its government. The delegation plans to visit the scars on the heart of Ukraine — Bucha, and Irpin.

"Chairman of the national council Iren Kelin and 3 other parliamentarians will make an official visit to Bucha, Irpen, and Kyiv on Wednesday. The delegation wants to demonstrate Switzerland's solidarity with the Ukrainian population and testify to the support of the chairman of the Ukrainian parliament Ruslan Stefanchuk and the parliament as a whole," the press service reports.

In the final part of the visit, Iren Kelin is scheduled to speak to the parliaments of Ukraine and discuss the events in our country.

Recall that Switzerland supported the 6th package of EU sanctions against Russia.
