Banksy and “Ukrposhta”

The artist posted a Ukrainian stamp with his work on the wall in Borodyanka

In November 2022, Banksy arrived in the Kyiv region and created 7 works in the towns that suffered from Russian aggression: Kyiv, Bucha, Irpin, Borodyanka. The artist's work from Borodyanka, published on his Instagram, confirmed the guesses of Ukrainians: Banksy really was in Ukraine.

Ukrposhta did not hesitate and designed a stamp with the work of an incognito Briton. The graffiti, which we officially label as David defeating Goliath, on the Ukrposhta stamp has another demotic name: PTN GFY.

On March 1, Banksy published the stamp on Instagram and caused a wave of questions among his audience: "Is it possible to buy someone's masterpiece of British-Ukrainian art and help Ukraine." Yes, you can because Ukrposhta cooperates with eBay.
