This became known thanks to the message of the minister of health Viktor Liashko on his Facebook page.
"I signed an order of the Ministry of health of Ukraine on the introduction of a booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine for all vaccinated over 18 years old, regardless of which vaccine they were vaccinated with," Lyashko said.
After 6-9 months from the date of receiving the second vaccine against OVID-19, every Ukrainian has the right to receive a booster dose. Regardless of what the person was previously vaccinated with, the mRNA vaccines Moderna and Pfizer will be used for booster doses.
Today, booster zones are already being received by citizens of Ukraine over 60 years old, people with weakened immunity, and people of risk group occupations: doctors, police, teachers.
