Due to the destructive activities of the occupiers, the level of air pollution in Kyiv has increased by 3 times

24 February, Russian troops attacked the capital of Ukraine and its neighboring territories. The occupiers have seized the Chernobyl nuclear power plant and have repeatedly endangered the inhabitants of Kyiv, Ukraine, and the world.

In addition to controlling a dangerous object, the Russians destroy factories, houses, roads of the capital. They burn villages and cities. This is already affecting the health of the local population and the level of air pollution.

On 19 March, the concentration of contaminants was 33 times higher than the international World Health Organization standards. On March 20, the permitted border exceeded the norm by 2-3 times. Also, the state of the air is affected by the fire of peat. The capital of Ukraine is covered with smog and comes to the first place of air pollution in the world.
