On June 24, Bridget Brink made a touching greeting to the country where she is building diplomatic relations with the United States. The ambassador published the message to Ukraine through the account of the United States Embassy.
"I congratulate Ukraine and its people on obtaining the status of a candidate for EU membership! This decision reflects Ukraine's significant achievements in deepening European integration," said Bridget Brink.
Brink noted that Ukraine is consciously and hard working on every step of the ladder to EU membership, and the United States will support our country in realizing its pro-European aspirations.
July 23 will forever be a significant day in the history of Ukraine. By paying for it with blood, Ukraine has proved its place in the EU.
