The sublease agreement and the business agreement start the construction process, which will end in 2025. The plant will employ more than 200 workers from Ukraine, and the building blocks they will manufacture will be exported to Germany, Luxembourg, and Portugal.
The total investment is €30 mln. The total area of the enterprise is approximately 7.000 m². TCS focuses on eco-friendly production, so the products produced by TCS in the Vinnytsia industrial park will not harm the environment of Ukraine.
Stages of production:
1. 2022-2023 — construction and commissioning of 3000 m² of production space;
2. 2-3 - 2025 — completion of 2000 m² area.
