As of March 4, at 6 p.m, 188 people, including 122 civilians, including 5 children, had died from injuries resulting from shelling and fighting in the Kharkiv region, regional police said.
Since February 24, defending the Kharkiv region, the following have died:
- 35 servicemen of the Armed Forces;
- 14 territorial defense fighters;
- 6 national guardsmen;
- 4 police officers;
- 4 border guards;
- 2 representatives of Kharkiv national university of the air force;
- 1 employee of the Security Service of Ukraine.
