Mobilization details:
▪️Mobilization is carried out in all regions of Ukraine except Luhansk and Donetsk;
▪️ Deadline: within 90 days from the date of entry into force of this Decree;
▪️ Call for military service, reservists, etc. carried out in the volumes determined according to the mobilization plans;
▪️The heads of regional state administrations were instructed to ensure the creation and operation of regional, district and city medical commissions.
First of all, the operational reserve is mobilized. The operational reserve is former servicemen under 40 who have combat experience and have served in the army under a contract or in one of the waves of mobilization.
If necessary, the first line is supported by the second line of the operational reserve — military personnel who served in the military until 2014 or served under a contract.
Further, if there is a need, they call the mobilization reserve. It includes citizens liable for military service who graduated from the military departments of universities as reserve officers and were not called up during previous mobilization campaigns.
Further, if necessary, mobilization extends to the public reserve — other citizens who do not have age and physical restrictions on conscription for military service and can be recruited to recruit the Armed Forces and other military formations only during a special period.
