The 67th Eurovision song contest will be held in Liverpool on May 9-13. The participants from last year's winner, Ukraine, this year will be the band Tvorchi. The name of the band is translated from Ukrainian as "creative".
The British embassy in Ukraine published a photo from the meeting between UK ambassador Melinda Simmons and Tvorchi. Her Excellency Dame Simmons said it is an honour for her country to host Eurovision "on behalf of its friend and partner — Ukraine." The ambassador added that she wished luck to our singers.
We remind you that the Eurovision stage was launched by King Charles III and the Queen Consort.
