The occupiers, who have turned the ZNPP and the dams into military bases, are draining water from the reservoir and have mined the dam.
On March 27, the head of the IAEA and Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived at the Dnipro hydroelectric power station. Rafael Grossi personally examined the damage that the occupiers inflicted on the dam and talked with the workers of the hydroelectric power station.
