The concept was developed with the aim of more understandable, safe and accessible for every resident's use of state and city electronic services, assistance in effective community management, personal development of Mukachevo city territorial community in the digital society.
Within the implementation of the concept plan:
• organize a free city course of basic digital literacy;
• open access points for the acquisition of digital competences;
• create and develop an ecosystem of digital education in the urban area;
• involve all executive bodies of the Mukachevo city council, invest.com/investing-in-ukraine/starting-business-in-ukraine/build-an-enterprise/" rel="dofollow">enterprises,
• institutions, organizations of communal ownership before the implementation of the concept;
• introduce the principle of paperlessness in the work of local governments by developing digital competencies in officials.
We will remind, in March 2021 the parliament approved the concept of development of digital competencies for citizens of Ukraine till 2025. After that, the authorities at the local and regional levels develop their own concepts and action plans aimed at developing the digital competencies of the inhabitants of the settlements. Concepts on development of digital competencies of inhabitants are accepted in the Ternopil and Lutsk city territorial communities, and also the Mykolaiv regional council.
