Slovakia and the Bundesregierung have entered into an agreement on the repair of heavy weapons from Ukraine. The repair and restoration hub will be located in the city of Kosice, Slovakia. Thus, the states plan to expand the means of supporting Ukraine in the way of repelling Russian military aggression. This was reported by brigadier general Christian Freuding for Build.
Repair of heavy equipment will be carried out with the help of the facilities and specialists of Krauss-Maffei Wegmann. The repair centre is already being launched, and very soon the first Panzerhaubitze 2000s will arrive there. We remind you that Ukraine purchased Panzerhaubitze 2000s from KMW for €1.7 billion provided by the federal government.
