During a possible Russian nuclear attack against Ukraine, the internet will not work, and all communication channels will be lost. People will be in shelters, not knowing what is happening outside and whether it is possible to leave the shelter. Therefore, the city administration began preparing facilities with radio receivers to inform citizens. 425 of them are already equipped with the only technology capable of transmitting data during a nuclear explosion.
Ordinary bomb shelters are also being installed on the basement floors of premises, under parking lots and in stadiums. Almost all of them must be within walking distance from schools and residential buildings.
