Kyivstar starts selling Starlink services for business in Ukraine

The operator is targeting companies and public institutions that need stable connectivity in difficult conditions

Kyivstar has started official sales of Starlink satellite internet services for business clients and state institutions in Ukraine. The company positions the service as a tool for stable communication in difficult operating conditions.

Ukrainian companies can already order the service directly from the operator. Terminal deliveries are expected as the next stage of the launch, while customers can receive support for connection, activation and service issues.

Authorized resale model

The launch follows an agreement signed between Kyivstar and Starlink on May 6, 2026. Under the arrangement, Kyivstar acts as an authorized reseller of Starlink services in Ukraine.

The service is aimed at large corporations, medium-sized businesses, industrial companies and public institutions. Educational and medical facilities are also among the potential users, especially where terrestrial networks can be disrupted or overloaded.

Kyivstar offers plans adapted for business needs, including local priority for work within Ukraine and global priority for use abroad. For companies, the value is not only satellite access itself, but also predictable billing, local support and financial documents in hryvnias. That can make resilient connectivity easier to purchase through normal corporate and public procurement processes.
