Over the next month, the cabinet of ministers of Ukraine will work on a plan to implement the Strategy for the revival of the domestic aircraft industry. A number of international agreements on strategic cooperation are planned with the aim of expanding the export market of Ukrainian technology. The reformation in the management of the aviation and helicopter sector will create conditions for a qualitatively different development of scientific, technical, and production capacities of Ukraine.
A separate important issue is the Kharkiv State Aviation Plant. On the agenda of the cabinet of ministers of Ukraine is the launch of an anti-crisis plan to increase the investment attractiveness and efficiency of the enterprise. Among the tools for the development of KSAP, first of all, the reformation of relations between the state and private business in matters of the functionality of the plant, as well as large state investments will be used.

In accordance with the decree on the Development of the aircraft building sector in Ukraine of March this year, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Ministry of strategic industries are starting to work together on import substitution of aviation equipment. In particular, we are talking about special electronic components for aircraft and bearings.
The cabinet of ministers is also faced with the task of organizing a national certification and research department, as well as expert groups for monitoring and detecting counterfeit products. It is this structure that will be responsible for the conformity and interchangeability of goods for strategic imports. All related decisions and changes must be made to the State target scientific and technical program for the development of the aviation industry for 2021-2030.
