Despite the war, people create new families and new people. During the 400 days of Russia's war against Ukraine, 18.450 (9.519 boys and 8.931 girls) were born in the Kyiv region. Of them, 317 are twins, and four are triplets. During the same time, 53.228 people got married in the region. Some of them are foreigners.
