According to the Ministry of Economy, this park will focus on manufacturing plastic construction products, metal doors, and windows. The project is expected to attract significant private and credit investments totaling UAH 1.75 billion for its construction and development.
Additional Industrial Park in Sokyryany
In addition to the Bucha project, another industrial park has been registered in Sokyryany, located in the Chernivtsi region. The "Sokyryany Industry HAB" park will focus on the production of construction materials, metal structures, electrical equipment, and other technical products. This park is set to receive investments amounting to UAH 620 million between 2024 and 2026, with investors from the UAE and Germany leading the initiative.
Economic Impact and Job Creation
Deputy Minister of Economy, Vitaliy Kindrativ, emphasized the importance of these projects, noting that both industrial parks are expected to create approximately 1,350 new jobs. This will significantly boost local employment and contribute to the industrial development of the respective regions.
Kindrativ also highlighted that Ukraine has registered 90 industrial parks across nearly all regions of the country, reflecting a broader strategy to enhance industrial capacity and economic growth through these specialized zones.
