"Let me be clear: there can be no compromises on sovereignty and territorial integrity. The territorial integrity of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders. No compromises at all. And there will be none," permanent representative of Ukraine to the OSCE Yevhen Tsymbalyuk.
"There must be real security for Ukraine and its people. Russian troops must leave the occupied territories. It is necessary to guarantee the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine," Tsymbalyuk added.
Also, on April 1, French president Emmanuel Macron met with the mayor of Melitopol, released from captivity, Ivan Fyodorov, at the Elysee Palace.
"It's hard to imagine what the mayor of Melitopol, kidnapped by the Russian army, went through. Now he is free, and we have heard his story. He is stunning. I expressed our support to him and the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada who came with him. Side by side with Ukraine, decisively and to the end!", Macron wrote in Ukrainian.
We remind you that from the beginning of the war until March 29, the Russians stole at least 13 heads of communities from 6 regions of Ukraine. More than 40 representatives of city authorities from different regions of Ukraine were also kidnapped and killed.
