Norway Will Transfer 3 MLRS System to Ukraine

Norwegian defense minister Bjorn Arild Gram said that the country is ready to transfer from the storage of the tactical missile launch facility

The Norwegian government has approved the transfer of MLRS for the launch of tactical missiles. It is noted that the reactive units of the M270 model will be transferred repeatedly, and the first transfer will be with 3 units. The minister of defense in Norway notes that the MLRS requires modernization and that support for Ukraine will not stop. As the installations require updating, Norway will cooperate with the UK. The terms of the contract between the 2 countries supporting Ukraine are as follows:

  • The United Kingdom is transferring 3 MLRS M270 to Ukraine;
  • Norway transfers installations from its storage facility to Britain.

After this deal, Oslo will have 9 more such launchers in the vault.

Bjorn Arild Gram says that the primary goal of supporting the country, which was attacked by the Russian Federation, is to help Ukraine fight for freedom and independence. Earlier, the Kingdom of Norway transferred 22 self-propelled howitzers, additional system parts, ammunition, and other necessary equipment.

Four 4 months of blatant terror against civilians has turned the world upside down. All States are therefore doing their utmost to help restore truth and justice.
