On August 5, the European Commission tweeted information about Denmark's decision to transfer heavy construction equipment to Ukraine to restore urban infrastructure. It is known that 35 construction excavators will be transferred through the EUCivPro mechanism and the headquarters in Poland.
"Destroyed by the war, Ukraine needs excavators to help rebuild damaged and critical infrastructure across the country. Denmark has offered 35 heavy machinery vehicles to Ukraine via the EUCivPro mechanism. First vehicles have already arrived via the EU hub in Poland," European Commission.
As a reminder, EIB allocated €1.59 billion to Ukraine last month to reconstruct the critical infrastructure of Ukrainian settlements.
According to the prime minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, after the UkraineRecovery conference in Lugano, about $2 billion of foreign investment was attracted to Ukraine.
