Ukrainian PM Denys Shmyhal said that almost 60 million-plus cities, municipalities and local governments around the world have joined the restoration of Ukraine. The aid includes more than 1.500 construction contracts with 300 communities in Ukraine, humanitarian aid, equipment, materials etc.
According to the PM, today, Ukraine is primarily interested in creating a base for long-term cooperation with international business partners and organizing competent patronage over the cities that were destroyed by the Russian war.
"We consider such a mechanism of cooperation to be particularly effective. On the one hand, patronage will accelerate the restoration of communities; on the other hand, it will contribute to Ukraine's European integration, our state's entry into the European space at all levels," Minister Shmyhal.
