The law also prohibits the use of e-cigarettes in public places and regular cigarettes. Advertising of tobacco heating devices is also prohibited.
Promotional sales and tasting of electronic devices and cigarettes are prohibited.
Selling any tobacco product to minors will be punished by a fine of €33, repeated violation — €330.
It will be recalled that the measures taken by the new law are included in the agreement on the association of Ukraine and the EU.
The law will come into force 18 months after its adoption.
