“Rallyware” platform with Ukrainian co-founder raises $22 million in investments

SaaS for performance “Rallyware” has announced a $22m raise from “PeakSpan Capital”

PeakSpan Capital is an equity capital investment company based in San Mateo, California. The firm prefers to invest in the business software sector in the areas of customer experience management, human capital management, next-generation security, supply chain, marketing technology, hospitality, corporate finance technology, sales technology, financial and business operations, e-commerce, infrastructure software and technology in real estate.

Rallyware is an online platform for improving the productivity and efficiency of remote and distributed work. By analyzing the performance of each employee in real-time and identifying gaps in their knowledge and skills, Rallyware offers personalized ways to improve productivity through timely training and work activity. Over the past few years, Rallyware has grown rapidly with a high return on investment. To meet the demand of enterprise organizations for its solution, Rallyware intends to use the $22 raised from PeakSpan Capital to further invest in platform innovations based on artificial intelligence and team expansion.

There are also Ukrainians among the founders of Rallyware, the company also has a Research and development office in Kharkiv and Ukrainian investors, including Digital Future.

Rallyware is targeted at large corporate organizations. Client companies include Samsung, Avon, Tupperware, Vonage, NuSkin and many more.
