The head of Ukraine attended the plenary session of the III summit of the European Political Community in Spain. Zelenskyy participated in the discussion of European security in the context of Ukraine. The president had several essential and effective negotiations:
A meeting with Spanish PM Pedro Sánchez brought Ukraine a new package of military assistance, including artillery, air defence, and anti-drone systems.
During Zelenskyy's meeting with Italian PM Giorgia Meloni, the further path of the Ukrainian-Italian partnership was determined. The politicians also discussed the next package of military assistance from Italy, which is also included in the systems to strengthen the sky's protection.
"We also discussed the upcoming Italian presidency of the G7. I am grateful to Giorgia for confirming that support for Ukraine will be a top priority for Italy. I also thanked for Italy's readiness to take patronage over the restoration of Odesa," Volodymyr Zelensky.
Also, the official representative of the Ukrainian people met for the first time with Armenia PM Nikol Pashinyan. Zelenskyy discussed the security situation and situation in the South Caucasus. He said that Ukraine is ready for bilateral cooperation in the direction of protection and development of economic projects.
The conversation with Emmanuel Macron also brought an agreement on additional air defence systems for Ukraine and several agreements which have not yet been disclosed.
"I thank president Macron and the French people for their firm and constant support of Ukraine," Zelenskyy in his Telegram channel.
The president of Ukraine, after a meeting with the president of the European Council, Charles Michel, confirmed the continuation of support from Europe. In addition, politicians discussed the course of the Ukrainian counteroffensive and the defence needs of the army, the Peace formula and Ukraine's participation in the Global Peace Summit.
Zelenskyy also met with Olaf Scholz regarding the receipt of Patriot systems and British leader Rishi Sunak regarding the export of grain with military conveys.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy's visit ended with an audience with His Majesty King Philip VI of Spain. The president of Ukraine thanked the King and all of Spain for their support in actions to deter Russian agression
