Today, February 27, 2023, Russia attacked Ukraine with Shahed missiles and drones. While rescuing people from a house destroyed by a drone in the Khmelnytskyi region, was killed Vladyslav Dvorak — a young serviceman of the State Fire and Rescue Department. Vladyslav was 22 years old.
"It is with sadness that we inform you that during repeated shelling in the Khmelnytskyi region, our colleague was killed, who was eliminating the consequences of an enemy attack on the night of February 27. Vladyslav Dvorak — commander of the 1st department 1of the State Fire and Rescue Department of Khmelnytskyi died at the age of 22," State Emergency Situations Service.
This is a tragedy for every Ukrainian. We have lost our brother and our hero.
