A king of the bunker in Altai, like an exhibitionist brandishing nuclear weapons, is trying to intimidate not only Ukraine but even his own citizens. On April 18, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Putin is capable of using nuclear weapons since human life is nothing to him.
"I think there is no need to be afraid. We must be ready. But this is not a question for Ukraine, but for the whole world," Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The very next day after Zelenskyy's statements, Sergey Lavrov, minister of foreign affairs of Russia, intercepted the microphone and in an interview with the India Today news resource, said that so far, Russia is not considering the option of using nuclear weapons.
“After Russia and the United States declared that there should be no nuclear war, this is simply unthinkable, we began to promote the initiative to accept additional obligations within the framework of the permanent members of the UN Security Council... So the possibility of using nuclear weapons is not considered, only conventional weapons,” Sergei Lavrov.
Kirill Budanov, head of the main intelligence department of the Ministry of defense of Ukraine, believes that Russia's threats, periodically blocked by verbal denial of their intentions, are just "an element of bargaining, an element of blackmailing the whole world, and everyone understands this."
Sergey Lavrov added that Russia is now in the second stage of a “military operation” and, based on its tactics, we conclude that the second stage includes the chemical destruction of the Ukrainian people. Proof of this is the mass poisoning of the entire Izyumskyy district in the Kharkiv region, in which fierce battles are now taking place.
