Having failed to capture Mariupol, Russia made an ultimatum: from 1 to 3 p. m. to lay down their arms and surrender. This was announced in a video message by the representative of the Russian horde Mikhail Mizintsev.
“Guided by purely humane principles, today, April 19, 2022, in accordance with an earlier decision, from 2 p. m. by Moscow time, the Russian armed forces opened a humanitarian corridor for the withdrawal of Ukrainian servicemen and militants of nationalist formations who voluntarily laid down their arms,” Mikhail Mizintsev.
Of course, there is no humanitarian corridor. The Russians had used such vile tactics since the time of Ivan the Terrible when he took Kazan by deceit.

Despite the promise of a temporary shutdown, an hour ago, the Russians dropped a super-heavy bomb on a hospital near Azovstal. Businessman Sergiy Taruta on his Facebook page, reports that there were about 300 people in the basement of the hospital: wounded soldiers, civilians, and children.
"According to my information, there are about 300 people under the rubble — among them children. In the surviving part of the hospital, defenders were wounded, and Mariupol residents with children were hiding," Sergiy Taruta.
At the same time, an adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, Petro Andryushchenko, said that there were no more people at the bombardment points.
“Yes, Mariupol and, in particular, the Azovstal zone are under heavy bombardment. But no one has been hiding in the area around Azovstal for a long time, especially in the previously destroyed hospital building," Petro Andryushchenko.
False, cynical, and cruel Russia hides behind the words "guided by purely humane principles." We are sure that representatives of the Russian army and its leadership do not know what humane principles are and how to apply them.
