On June 10, Canadian police announced a decision to block Russian assets. Canada is on the path to legally transferring these assets to Ukraine.
"From February 24 to June 7, 2022, assets in Canada worth approximately C$123,031,866.85 were effectively frozen, and transactions totaling C$289,090,090.74 were blocked," Canadian police.
Under the terms of the Privacy act, it is not yet possible to obtain more detailed information, but the figures will be updated from time to time.
It will be recalled that Canada imposed sanctions on 28 Russian oil and gas services and recognized Russia's aggression as genocide.
