A few minutes ago, Russia attacked with ballistic missiles the drama theatre and polytechnical university in the centre of the city of Chernihiv, northern Ukraine. As a result of a powerful explosion, people were injured and killed. Doctors and rescuers are on the scene. Preliminary 42 victims, of which 11 are children. 5 people died on the spot from their wounds.
