Russian Tourists Don’t Allowed in Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Estonia Anymore

From September 19, states close their borders to Russians with Schengen visas

Against the backdrop of Russia's aggression against Ukraine, it would be high time for Russians to decide what they want more: bite off pieces of Europe or chill in Europe? The governments of Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Estonia decided everything for two-faced tourists. From September 19, Russians will not be able to enter the territory of the above states, regardless of the state in which they received a Schengen visa.

"Do not come to Estonia with Schengen visas, you are not welcome here!" Urmas Reinsalu, foreign minister of Estonia.

Since the European Union has not yet come to a joint decision regarding the deprivation of Russians of Schengen visas, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Estonia agreed on a common measure for tourists from the aggressor country and declared "political will and firm intention". According to Reinsalu, all the Baltic countries will also join the 4 states' decision.

The Russians who own real estate in Estonia and Lithuania will not find shelter there: the states have launched the process of arresting the real estate of citizens of Russia and Belarus.
