Earlier in Ukraine, there was a commission for withdrawing cash from cards of banks that do not belong to the current ATM. The standard commission was 1-3%. On December 10, Ukraine began to operate a ban on withdrawal fees — "ATM national roaming". Thus, the state helps Ukrainians to survive the already difficult period.
However, the cash withdrawal limit came into effect on the same day. Regardless of the ATM and the holding bank, the maximum amount withdrawn from the card is ₴20.000 (≈ $547).
