On April 12, prime minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal signed a Memorandum of understanding with the Development Finance Corporation and the US Agency for International Development as part of the Washington Spring Meetings.
"Private capital is an integral component of Ukraine's recovery and sustainable growth. Therefore, foreign investments will be one of the drivers of our economy. Ukraine has wide investment opportunities, which will allow to reveal the economic potential. DFC and USAID will help attract private investment in sectors of primary importance to the economy," Denys Shmyhal.
Ambassador of Ukraine to the USA Oksana Markarova, Samantha Power from USAID and Scott Nathan from DFC participated in the ratification.
