NATO member Czechia courageously stands on the Ukrainian side of the war and literally gives ammunition to Ukraine. And not only. From January to May 2023, the government of Petr Fiala transferred 24 tanks, 76 armoured personnel carriers and 16 anti-aircraft guns to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to the prime minister, Czechia might also transfer to Ukraine 57.000 artillery ammunition, spare parts and protective equipment in case of a nuclear, biological and chemical attack.
Fiala stressed: "Ukraine is fighting for the security of all of Europe." It's so joyful that the people of Czechia are in solidarity with their government: through the private initiative Darek pro Putina, the Czechs together raised several million dollars and bought tanks, a multiple-launch rocket system and other military equipment for Ukraine.
