Today, the president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the Latvian president Egils Levits held an online dialogue on the mutual strengthening of cooperation to increase the defence capability of Ukraine and, as a result, the security of Europe.
"I had a fruitful conversation with a dear friend, the president of Latvia Egils Levits. We discussed the Peace Formula. I thanked for his strong support for our country and the multifaceted assistance from Latvia. We agreed to continue cooperation to strengthen Ukraine's defence capabilities," Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
We remind you that on September 9, 2022, president Egils Levits visited the military Kyiv and supported the people of Ukraine. Lithuania also recognized Russia as a country sponsoring terrorism.
