Deoccupied Kharkiv is petrifying. The Russian occupiers, retreating from the Ukrainian Armed Forces, left their weapons, their dead compatriots and, above all, witnesses of their war crimes against the Ukrainian people. In almost all the big towns of the occupied Kharkiv region and in all small settlements, Russians set up torture rooms where Ukrainians were tortured and killed.
Head of the Investigative department of the National police of the Kharkiv region Serhii Bolvin reported on the methods of the Russian army: pulling nails and teeth (see the cover of the article), rape, beatings, electric current.
"The house in Pesky-Radkovsky — is already 22 dungeons, which we discovered and examined on the de-occupied territory of the Kharkiv region. The most common torture methods were the passage of electric current and severe beatings. There are facts of stripping off nails and other terrible tortures — particularly with the use of a gas mask for suffocation," Serhii Bolvinov.
