On June 27, the High anti-corruption court satisfied the Ministry of justice of Ukraine's claim for confiscating the Russian aviation enterprise Aviation Complex named after S. V. Ilyushin, located on the territory of Ukraine, and its transfer to the Ukrainian aircraft design bureau Antonov.
The confiscated assets of AC Ilyushin included:
- Public joint stock company United aircraft corporation;
- State corporation for the promotion of the development, production and export of high-tech industrial products Rostech;
- All products manufactured as part of testing the functionality of the AN-140-100 passenger aircraft. Its cost is $4.023 million.
An appeal can be filed with the Supreme anti-corruption court within 5 days.
