On April 13, the ombudsman of Ukraine said that there was already a preliminary version of the identity of the executioner. On April 17, the head of Ukrainian intelligence, Kyrylo Budanov, announced that the identity of the thug had been established.
Many world leaders, in particular Antonio Guterres, Josep Borrell, Maria Pejcinovic-Buric, Emmanuel Macron and others, condemned the actions of the Russian army.
It is known for sure that this is not the only case of such practice of Russian occupiers over Ukrainians. First, it says in the video itself. And secondly, on April 10, a photo of the remains of the head of a Ukrainian serviceman impaled on a stick appeared on the network. ISW experts say similar atrocities have been reported in Bakhmut and the Luhansk region.
