Today in Ukraine everything that is not prohibited is allowed. And in order to officially ban something, you need to create an appropriate bill that will regulate the object and grounds for the ban.
Ukrainians, who have been living in a state of war for the last year, already react differently to previously harmless sounds, such as, for example, a burst balloon, fireworks, or the sound of an old tractor. The reason is obvious: they resemble the sounds of explosions, gunshots and lethal drones.
Because of this, in Ukraine, until the end of the war was officially banned the use of fireworks and salutes. And now, the trafic of cars can be restricted without mufflers because they create a sound reminiscent of Shahed. In order not to create unnecessary grounds for panic among Ukrainians, whose nerves are already on edge, the president's office can accept the corresponding bill for development.
In addition, it will contribute to the electrification and strengthening of businesses already existing in Ukraine: charging networks for electric cars, development of green gas production, etc.
