Ukraine Seized 500 Ha of Land Illegally Possessed by Russian Citizens

The prosecutor's office of Ukraine transferred 49 plots of land in the Kyiv region to ARMA, the final beneficiaries of which were citizens of the aggressor country

The National agency for the detection, search and management of assets received from corruption and other crimes received from the prosecutor's office of Ukraine 49 plots of land with a total area of ​​more than 500 hectares, the final beneficiaries of which were Russian citizens. Citizens of the Russian Federation provided land for rent, and the proceeds were transferred to sponsor the war against Ukraine.

First, foreign citizens do not have the right to own land in Ukraine. Secondly, Russian citizens no longer have the right to do business in Ukraine.

"By the decision of the Desnyanskyy district court of Kyiv, the prosecutor's petition was granted, and the land plots were arrested with their transfer to the management of the national agency of Ukraine for the identification, search and management of assets obtained from corruption or other crimes," the press service of the prosecutor's office of Ukraine.
