The resolution No. 1402, dated December 27, has been officially published on the government portal.
Per this resolution, zero export quotas have been established for a range of goods in the upcoming year. These include salt, thermal coal, natural gas, fuel wood, silver, gold, waste or scrap of precious metals, and electrical and electronic waste.
In addition, the government has set specific quotas for the export of coking coal, with a limit of 900,000 tons for grade "K" coal, and 540,000 tons for liquid fuel, specifically fuel oil.
This follows the government's decision in June 2022, when zero export quotas were implemented for fuel oil, coal (excluding coking coal), and domestically produced natural gas. This move forms part of Ukraine's broader strategy to manage its resources amid ongoing challenges.
