On October 7, an informal meeting of the Council of the European Union was held in Prague. Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the summit participants online and urged them not to stop on the path of protecting freedom and democracy.
On October 20-21, a formal meeting of the Council of the European Union will take place, and, according to an anonymous representative of the European Council, Zelenskyy's speech is scheduled.
