According to Volodymyr Zelenskyy on his news channel, the president had a conversation with prime minister Liz Truss and prime minister Justin Trudeau today.
During the dialogue with Liz Truss, who reaffirms her commitment to the victory of Ukraine and democracy, again and again, the president thanked the minister for her contribution and support.
"We expect the leadership of London in the reaction to the Russian pseudo-referenda. The only answer should be increased military and financial support for Ukraine," Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
On the same day, the president managed to personally communicate with Justin Trudeau. We remind you that in addition to financial, humanitarian and sanctions support, experts from Canada are training Ukrainian soldiers. As Zelenskyy said, today he again thanked Canada and its leader Trudeau for their strong support for Ukraine in the face of increasing Russian blackmail.
"I am grateful for the defence support provided, the consistent sanctions policy against the aggressor state and the principled position on the non-recognition of pseudo-referendums. A tough response is also needed to Russian nuclear blackmail. The aggressor must be clearly aware of all the consequences of his irresponsibility," Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
