Ukraine has added the Budshliakhmash industrial park to the national Register of Industrial Parks. The project in Brovary is intended to expand manufacturing capacity in the Kyiv region and create up to 500 new jobs.
An industrial site planned for 34 years
The park covers 11.4 hectares in Brovary and has been established for a 34-year term. Its long operating horizon is designed to support the construction of production facilities, the installation of equipment and the gradual arrival of resident companies.
Machinery, trailers and industrial services
Companies at the site are expected to manufacture municipal machinery and equipment, trailers and semi-trailers. The plan also includes the repair and installation of machinery and equipment, combining new production with services needed to maintain industrial assets.
Investment from several sources
Atomis initiated the industrial park and expects total planned investment to reach 1.26 billion hryvnias. Financing may come from several sources, including state incentives available to registered industrial parks.
The project joins a wider industrial-park program in which accumulated investment has already exceeded 45 billion hryvnias. Registration gives Budshliakhmash access to the formal framework, but the economic result will depend on infrastructure delivery, resident commitments and the pace of factory construction.
If implemented as planned, the park will broaden the production base of the Kyiv region, add skilled industrial employment and bring machinery manufacturing and maintenance into one organized location. The concentration of facilities can reduce entry costs for producers and strengthen local supply chains.
