The goddess of pop music and media diva Cher once again came out in support of the Ukrainian people who are fighting for their land. Cherilyn Sarkisian wrote on her Twitter account that she continues to pray for us and hopes that we will return our lands.
"My prayers are with Ukrainian people. I read the news every day, hoping they're taking their land back. When I met young Ukrainian men we hugged and danced around. I am amazed. Ukrainian people are so strong, so courageous, so steadfast. The soldiers are superman. David is slaying Goliath."
This is not the first statement of the actress regarding Ukraine. In particular, Cher is in favour of providing Ukraine with offensive weapons and has expressed its readiness to shelter Ukrainian refugees in its home.
Ukrainians have previously also been supported by Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Rammstein, Metallica, Florence + the machine, Imagine dragons, Maneskin, Pink Floyd, Ozzy Osbourne, Tom Odell, and Billie Eilish.
