Head of the Kyiv regional military administration Oleksii Kuleba said that Ukraine has started cooperation with the French company Neo Eco. On September 28, a memorandum was signed, according to which Neo Eco will start building a new town in Ukraine. French experts know about environmental construction, they use the waste of construction to create new houses. This is how Gostomel will be rebuilt, which was destroyed by the Russian invaders during the first months of the war.
Damaged concrete structures may be dismantled. The waste will be recycled and constructed by new environmental facilities. It is reported that under this scheme will be built a school for 1.000 children, a modern kindergarten, and 6 houses. It is expected that houses will be able to give a home to 310 families. The new city will appear in the place of Antonov airfield — there, along with the outstanding Ukrainian planes, the military town was also destroyed.
