Iran to Find Out the Supplier of “Shaheds” Russia’s

Iran wants to help Ukraine investigate mortal "Shaheds" deliveries to Russia

New bloody events marked autumn for Ukraine. For Russia, 2 of these months were filled with supplies of Iranian drones, which later destroyed homes and killed civilians in Ukraine. Ukraine has repeatedly shown footage of Shahed drones flying and being shot down. But Iran denies its involvement in the supply of such weapons to Russia. Even after numerous accusations, Iranian officials are prepared to prove that they are not arming the RF. For this purpose, Iranian foreign minister Hussein Amir-Abdollahian said they want to send military experts to Ukraine. Iran wants its representatives to participate in the investigation of the Russian strikes by the Shahed drones. The politician also declared his readiness to negotiate with the Ukrainian side on this issue. This was reported by the head of the Ministry of foreign affairs at the 18th session of the General Assembly of the association of information agencies of the Asia-Pacific region.

"I stressed to Mr Borrel that if it becomes clear to us that Russia has used Iranian drones in the war against Ukraine, we will certainly not remain indifferent to this issue," said Amir-Abdollahian.

Ukraine has not yet commented on the proposal of the Iranian foreign Ministry. At the same time, it became known in Ukraine that the Russian Federation expects a new supply of drones from Iran. The new delivery does not concern Shahed drones, it will be a new development Meraj-521 weighing up to 5 kg and able to carry combat parts weighing up to 1 kg. This was reported by Ukrainian air force speaker Yurii Ihnat. In this case, the words came to mind by John Edgar Hoover, former director of the US federal bureau of investigation:

"The main thing in investigative actions — is not to reveal themselves."
