Putin Announced the Annexation of 4 Regions of Ukraine

On September 30, the president of the aggressor-state announced the inclusion of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions into Russia

On September 29, Putin signed a decree recognizing the independence of the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions. An order that has no legal force and no international recognition. The decree recognizing the independence of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions was signed 8 years ago.

Today, September 30, Putin gathered his deputies and the state council, where he solemnly announced the expansion of the territory of Russia into 4 new regions. Putin called this crime "the will of millions of people."

Today, Russia has officially annexed 5 regions of Ukraine: Crimea Republic, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia. Citizens of Ukraine who live in these regions, Russia has recognized them as citizens of Russia and forcibly mobilize them for military service against Ukraine. Also, Ukraine's military actions in the territories of these 4 regions will be regarded by Russia as an encroachment on its territorial integrity.

Ukraine does not recognize the annexation, the progressive international community supports Ukraine and will assist our army until victory.
