An hour ago, the invaders shot at the civilian district of Mykolaiv with multiple rocket launchers. Right now, ambulances and rescue teams are on the scene, doing their best to save people. The exact number of victims is still unknown. So far, 2 deaths have been reported.
“The Russians are again hitting the residential areas of Mykolaiv! Where there are no military installations! Civilians are under fire! They shelled one of the districts of the city. Unfortunately, there are victims,” wrote the head of the Mykolaiv regional council Anna Zamazeeva on her Telegram channel.
We remind you that the city of Mykolaiv is one of the strategic goals of Russia, so this is not the first time it has become a target for enemy attacks. They tried to encircle the city, like Mariupol, but the Armed Forces did not allow this. Now Russia is deliberately shelling points with civilians: residential buildings, hospitals, factories, hotel, railway stations, and regional administration.
On March 29, the Russians fired a rocket at the regional administration. 36 people died.
On April 4, Mykolaiv was fired with prohibited cluster weapons. 10 people were killed and 46 injured.
On April 10, the Russians blew up the port of Olvia, which is in the concession of Qatar.
