The UK was the first country to provide military assistance to Ukraine at the beginning of the Russian attack on Ukraine. This equipment package will restore Ukraine's security, help Ukrainians return to their homes, and allow farmers to use their fields. Today, VALLON has the broadest range of uses for finding and clearing unexploded Russian mines and other detonators.
The contribution of Great Britain to the victory of Ukraine is the largest in the world, except for the United States. In addition to technology and funding, Britain has established a broad program to train Ukrainian soldiers in the basics of combat and using Western weapons. In 2022, more than 11.000 military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were trained by instructors in Britain, and in 2023 another 20.000 will be trained.
