Ukraine Is in a Final of “Eurovision-2022”

The band from Ukraine, “Kalush Orchestra” and its song have passed to the main EUV's phase of this year, which will be held on May 14

Despite the war in Ukraine, our country does not give up on life in all its manifestations and took part in Eurovision 2022. Moreover, it even achieved success: the Kalush Orchestra band reached the final and has every chance of winning. As well as other countries that will make up the song company with the Ukrainian band: Armenia, Greece, Iceland, Lithuania, Moldova, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, and Switzerland. The Rasmus, which, together with the Kalush Orchestra, sang several songs in support of Ukraine, unfortunately, did not qualify for the final.

We remind you that due to Russia's attack on Ukraine, the country was not allowed to participate in the song contest. In 2021, due to violations of the conditions of the competition, Belarus was indefinitely suspended from participating in Eurovision.

5 more teams automatically qualified for the final: last year's winner from Italy, Måneskin, and the host countries of the competition, Great Britain, Germany, Spain, and France.

We remind you that Måneskin recorded a song about the fact that while there is a war in Ukraine, no one has the right to omission. Also, the Italian band actively supports Ukraine during their performances in front of a live audience and via Instagram.
